Running Free in the House

- Guinea pigs need to be allowed out of their cage for exercise at least one to two hours a day either in the house or in an enclosure in the yard away from neighborhood cats and dogs

- Naturally, the yard is more suitable because they can get some fresh air and enjoy the weather there. This out of cage time is a must because our little rodents are prone to obesity and often have problems with their weight

- Exercise outside the cage strengthens not only the animal's body, but also its mind

- A sacious outdoor enclosure always provides them with new diversions and stimulates their senses

- There is plenty to investigate here, and the animals never get bored. Animals who are allowed to live this way are also mentally fit and active
